Olgette alcohol and drug policy is an important element of the company’s commitment to safety. The natures of some aspect of our business require us to make every reasonable effort to minimize the risks associated with our operations to protect employees, contractors, the public and the environment.
That commitment includes ensuring that employees in safety – sensitive positions are free from alcohol and drugs while at work. Safety – sensitive positions, which make up less than 10% of Olgette workforce, and generally those with limited supervision where impaired performance could lead to a catastrophic accident under Olgette policy, employees and contractor in safety-sensitive positions, as well as key senior executives, are subject to random testing for alcohol.
